As Chairman, Mansukh focuses on strategic matters, overseeing the business and setting high governance standards. He plays a pivotal role in fostering the effectiveness of the leadership team. He has developed long-standing global relationships with high-net-worth and family office investors and actively manages key relationships.
Manish is responsible for managing strategic relationships with Aprirose’s key investment clients and banking partners. He plays a lead role in identifying new opportunities and the acquisition process. Manish brings over 20 years’ experience within real estate to the business, adding significant commercial and financial expertise.
Meenal oversees the management of the business and is also responsible for deal origination, selection and execution. Prior to joining Aprirose, Meenal held senior roles investing in real estate at KKR and London & Regional Properties. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an MA in Economics from Cambridge University.
Ari is responsible for the finance function at Aprirose and also oversees transactions, debt financing and hedging arrangements. Ari is a qualified chartered accountant with extensive experience covering real estate private equity and property investment and development. He has over £4bn of cross-border transactional experience in the UK and Europe including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, debt financing, tax and corporate structuring Ari Previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield, Ernst & Young and most recently Zenprop UK Management Services LLP where he was a partner and CFO.
Suraj is responsible for equity raising from high net worth and family office investors who are located across numerous jurisdictions, including Asia, Africa, Europe and South America. Prior to joining Aprirose, Suraj spent 5.5 years in the Debt Capital Markets team at Credit Suisse in London. He holds a First Class Honours Degree in Industrial Economics at the University of Nottingham.
As Head of Asset Management Richard is responsible for the Asset Management team, including managing the current portfolio, development and new acquisitions across multiple sectors of real estate. Richard's prior 35 years of experience across all aspects of real estate includes Edinburgh House, Blackstone and McArthur Glen.
Ying joined Aprirose in 2021. She is responsible for origination and execution of new real estate investments. Ying was previously a Director in the Real Estate & Leisure Corporate Finance team at EY, advising clients on M&A, strategy and capital raising. Ying started her career at UBS Investment Banking in the Leisure M&A and UK Corporate Debt Capital Market teams.
